Anguilla yacht registration
AMASR provides yacht registration services for eligible private and commercial yachts. The Administration reviews ownership, vessel particulars, tonnage, safety arrangements, radio communications and operational details to determine the appropriate registration route.

Private yacht registration
Private yacht registration is intended for pleasure vessels used by owners and guests, not for commercial hire or carriage of passengers for reward. Applications generally require ownership evidence, builder or bill of sale documentation, technical particulars, tonnage information and radio details.
Commercial yacht registration
Commercial yacht registration may require additional documentation relating to safe manning, commercial operation, passenger limits, insurance, survey status and compliance with applicable yacht safety standards. Requirements may vary according to yacht size, service area and intended operation; for detailed guidance, please contact info@amasr.ai.
