AMASR is committed to supporting safe navigation, maritime security, protection of the marine environment and efficient registry services through practical guidance and careful document control.
We recognise that every vessel and operation has its own technical and administrative requirements. Our team therefore encourages owners, operators and representatives to contact the Administration at an early stage so that applications can be reviewed properly and handled in an organised manner.

Secure verification

Core services
Professional standards and compliance approach
Ship registration establishes the link between a vessel and its flag State and supports the Administration’s ability to regulate the vessel in administrative, technical and social matters. AMASR applies a service approach based on proper identification of vessels, review of supporting documents, clear correspondence and controlled issuance of registry documents.
The Administration may work with competent maritime professionals, surveyors, recognised organisations and other approved service providers for technical review, inspection, survey and certification functions where required. Current authorisations and vessel-specific arrangements should always be confirmed directly with AMASR.
Contact AMASR
Owners, managers, masters, agents, seafarers and other stakeholders may contact AMASR for assistance with registry services, technical questions, verification enquiries or guidance on application documents.
