Guide to vessel registration
AMASR provides a structured registration pathway for eligible vessels seeking to fly the flag of Anguilla. Applications are reviewed for ownership, vessel particulars, technical condition, previous registry status and applicable safety requirements.
Registry services may include provisional registration, permanent registration, change of ownership, change of vessel name, bareboat charter registration, radio licensing, transcript issuance and related administrative approvals.

Provisional registration
A practical route for eligible vessels pending completion of final documentation, technical review or deletion from the previous registry.
Permanent registration
Full registration following satisfactory review of ownership, eligibility, tonnage, technical and compliance documentation.
Bareboat registration
Demise charter registration or parallel registration matters, subject to approval and evidence from the underlying registry where applicable.
Mortgage recording
Recording and discharge of mortgages or other registrable interests in accordance with applicable registry requirements.

Mortgages and ownership changes
AMASR may record mortgages, transfers of ownership and related registry transactions subject to formal application, supporting documents and payment of approved fees. Legal instruments should be prepared in accordance with applicable requirements and reviewed before submission.
